as a option after Staford i can take 3 persons in my car to Coventry for a visit to Coventry Transport Museum

Coventry Transport Museum is home to one of the largest collections of road transport in the world – a collection of designated national importance, consisting of 300 cycles, 120 motorcycles and 250 cars and commercial vehicles and over a million archive and ephemera items.

Although we are well-known as a motor museum, we have a significant collection of cycles which ranges from the earliest boneshakers and Penny Farthings to the latest safety cycles, tracing the history of Coventry’s significant contribution to the cycle industry from the early Victorian period to the modern times. Our motorcycle collection ranges from early tri-cycles to the modern Triumph models and also includes bikes from around the world. Our vehicle collection is adorned with the some of the most iconic cars of different times including the 1935 Daimler Limousine (Queen Mary’s Daimler), Triumph Italia 2000, 1975 E-Type Jaguar and the World Land Speed Record Breaker Thrust SSC. We have separate gallery dedicated to commercial vehicles such as the Coventry Corporation buses.
and did a mention it is free .
it is in the center of Cov but Cov is not know for its ease of getting round in a car.... if we park at a muilti story car park which is near we are close to all that cov has to offer from shopping to pub's and the motor place is a short walk from the car park.. it has a big shop , a super market compared to gaydon... i don't know how many will have cars so if folk want to follow i'm sure we can do a convoy to it. a option for you as is the black country Museum which i have also mentioned earlier.....

Hi

As we will be already very busy during our trip to visit a lot of places here and there please let us rest from time to time. Our visit should not end in a hurry. I think it would be better to miss some places than to be totally exhausted in the evening and too tired to enjoy a pint.

Let us join the program as it has been designed.
